The easiest way to solve a problem is to talk about it as openly as possible with all parties involved.

Before starting the conversation, remind yourself that everyone has good intentions and wants the best possible solution for them, the team, the product, and the company.

Try to understand others’ problems and concerns, and they’ll undoubtedly try to do the same with your own problems and concerns.

And they might even give you a solution from a different point of view that you somehow overlooked.
