Someone’s Problem
If you want someone to solve a problem, the worst thing you can do is ask a group of people if someone can look into it.
Because someone always becomes no one. Or rather, everyone will assume that someone else will do it.
Be specific instead. Hey Hannah, could you look at this, please? Now everybody, including Hannah, understands whose responsibility it is.
And when you see a question like this, could you jump on it? Because that someone might be you. Or better yet, that particular someone is you and should be you.
