Marketing Promises

Two people holding hands.

If you make bold claims about your product, people might believe you. And if they do, they might become customers.

Then, your sole job is to keep the promises you made. (Unless, of course, you’re trying to appeal to a different audience.)

If you promise cheap, people will expect cheap. If you promise exclusive, people will expect exclusive. And if you’ve promise better, you better deliver better.

But don’t expect that you can break your promises continuously without your customers noticing and reacting negatively.
