Focus on the Positive

It’s easy to fall into the trap of looking at the negative. Negative emotions are much stronger, much more personal, and much more difficult to deal with.

It’s unlikely, though, that this particular thing you’re facing is purely bad.

But if you stop and examine your situation realistically, you are likely to find that you’re much better than it seems when you only look at the bad things.

Focus on the positive.
