Don’t Be Afraid To Ask

A woman standing up holding a microphone and asking a question while people beside her watch and listen.

If you’re not sure, ask.

It might seem obvious and straightforward enough, but most people are actually afraid to follow this advice.

When you ask, you indirectly admit that you don’t know something. And some people perceive this as a sign of weakness.

But seeking out more information is not a weakness; it is a strength. Only a confidant person can openly admit that they don’t know something.

So go ahead, ask anything; much better than the alternative of fear, frustration, and stumbling in the dark.
