We Want To Do More

Given an option to do less, people will usually opt-in to do more than it’s absolutely necessary.

Not everyone, of course, and not all the time. And I’m not talking about unpaid overtime or overworked people trying to make ends meet, but about people who aren’t worried about their financial security, health, and general wellbeing.

It’s because we strive to matter; we strive to make an impact and difference. And you don’t get this by doing less.
