The Best or Below Average

It might not always seem that way, but everybody is doing their best.

Nobody wakes up and decides to do a lousy job. It just not in our nature. Regardless of our circumstances, we tend to do our best.

But our best might be different on different days and in different circumstances, and it might be completely opposite from someone else’s.

So when you see someone fail, when someone does something way below your standards, remember they’re likely doing their best. If you can, help them improve, and if you can’t, let them on their way gracefully and thank them for their service.

After all, one day, your the best might be below average for someone else.
