A newsletter & YouTube channel with a goal to help front-end developers and designers stay on top with the latest trends in CSS.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve sent out more than 600 newsletter issues and grown the audience to more than 40,000 front-end developers and designers.
The newsletter was featured in a number of industry-leading publications and is supported by a wonderful community on Patreon, and a range of industry-renowned sponsors, such as An Event Apart, Gitlab, Treehouse, Udemy, and more.
In 2022, I started a YouTube channel, which has grown to more than 12,000 subscribers, with 160+ published videos that helped more than 750,000 people get better at CSS.
Baseline Status for Video
A handy online tool that will let you easily show Baseline Status in your videos.
The app displays the Baseline Status widget on the screen and allows you to record it with animation in and animation out. The result is a video file that can be easily imported into video editing software. That file can then be easily tweaked using the Green Screen Removal (or Chroma Key) filter, so that only the Baseline Status is overlayed on the screen, thus massively simplifying the process of showing Baseline Status in tech videos and courses.
The app won 3rd place in the Baseline Tooling Hackathon organized by Google.
Mastering Linting
A course that helps developers learn how to set up Prettier and Stylelint from the ground up, covering everything from installing VS Code extensions to integrating those tools into the development process with pre-commit hooks, task runners, continuous integration tools, and more.
The course is still in development, and over 100 people have already enrolled and taken the first few modules.
CSS Stickers
A set of stickers designed to showcase your love to CSS.
It contains 17 different sticker designs; some are funny, some are conversation starting, and some are silly. Each sticker tells a unique story related to web development.
Inspiration Bits
A newsletter focused on personal and professional development and growth, with a goal to nudge people into action and give them an initial impulse to start the change for the better.
With 150+ issues, the newsletter has touched more than 700 individuals.
