Do Less

Sometimes, to make a real difference, you have to do less.

You have to let things take their course. You have to leave people to fall and figure it out on their own while you stand in the background, fully aware you could help.

Knowing the theory is great, but most of us actually learn best through experience, practice, hardship, and problems.
