Default to Async

We often believe that a reply to an email, a message, or a social media comment is expected immediately. And it is, but only if we’re dealing with impatient, insecure people or with time-sensitive things.

More often than not, this is just our misconception.

You can safely disable notifications and set specific times during the day when you check and tackle your inboxes.

Async communication, whenever possible, should be the norm.
