An Isolated Incident

A worried person holding their head sitting on a chair in front of a computer with a code editor opened.

“The problem happened only once, only to one of our customers.”

If that’s the case, fix that particular problem for that particular customer, and you’re done.

But if the problem repeats, if more of your customers are waiting in the line for a solution, you might want to develop a system, an automated solution to fix it for everyone.

And more often than not, you do want a systematic solution; that way, you won’t have to constantly worry about the problem biting you from behind later on.
